The case fits real well, looks good and adds virtually no additional bulk. Also does not have that dust-attracting surface to it that silicone rubber cases have, and does not lose its shape. I have the same case for my iPhone 4 as well (obviously the iphone 4 version!) and I couldn't be happier with it, that is why I purchased this item. Sure, there are other cases out there that will protect the iPad better if it is dropped, but usually at the price of adding some serious bulk.

One note: this case did come with a screen protector. I did not use it. Not because it was bad. I never use the screen protectors, anyway. I don't like anything over the glass screen.

I bought this case because I wanted to protect my Ipad. The gunmetal color was a little darker than I was expecting, it's almost black. The case isn't slippery, but it's not "grippy" like I was expecting, so at first I was worried it was going to fall out of my hands. It's definitely form-fitting to the Ipad, and it wasn't difficult to get on. There's also no problem with button coverage. I didn't give it a higher rating because I was expecting a different feel to the case than it actually has.

The case does have a nice feel to it, but overall I was disappointed because it was a little too loose on my iPad and the volume and on/off buttons are covered by buttons that have been made into the case. They don't fit the buttons on my iPad tightly enough to push on them and actually cause enough pressure to activate the actual button.

I don't know if my iPad is a little smaller than it's supposed to be for this cover (it's a 16G, but other than that, I just know it's a regular iPad... I didn't research and buy it myself, I won it at an event, so I don't know much about the specifics).

It's okay; the iPad doesn't immediately fall out if I flip it upside down, but it's looser than I like and I don't want to test it too much. Anyway, it will keep the back of my iPad from getting scratched and if I do drop it (on it's back, anyway) the impact protection should be useful.
