I've had a larger Nesco for over 30 years and love it! Bought this smaller one, because there are just two of us now. It's tempeture control is erratic and the cookingwell is not easy to clean if anything gets burnt on. I ended up buying a new non-stick cookingwell.

Nesco 4816-14 6-Quart Roaster Oven with Porcelain Cookwell, White Cooks food in a very short time. Easy to clean. Very happy with it. By the way, you must buy these ovens thru mail orders since they are not available in major department stores.
