This crib is just beautiful. Everything on this crib is metal and not plastic. I had to wait for it to come back in stock but it was very worth it. It is a very very classic looking crib for the price. The 3-1 crib makes so much sense. This would be the crib I would tell everyone to buy it is worth more then what the cost was. For the workmanship of this crib it should sell for more then what they charge. Amazon you are the best place to buy anything from.

It actually took us awhile to get around to purchasing a crib, as our baby co-slept with us and took naps in her bassinet for the first 9 months. We also have limited space, so I wanted to be sure the crib we did purchase had a lean profile. I also wanted something classic, safe and durable. The Jenny Lind crib certainly met those qualifications, and then some. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. Perhaps because of the price (which is excellent) I was expecting poor quality. Not the case with the Jenny Lind. I honestly do not understand why anyone would pay $300 and more for a crib. We looked at several popular retail outlets, and I was always surprised at the medicore quality/high price ratio. This is a lovely crib at an excellent price and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's gorgeous! It's very sturdy. The photo makes it look kinda flimsy, but it's very stable and is a good sized piece of furniture (not cheap looking AT ALL). The turned spindles are really pretty and I ordered the cherry color (I'm not usually a fan of cherry) but this cherry is not too red it's a nice dark brown that I love! The finish is perfect it's not too shiny and it's solid wood-- You could sand it and paint it a color if you wanted. Best of all we put it together in 10 min --super super easy. It has a nice low railing so it's easy to put the baby over the side (it's a little above waist high and I'm 5'6") which is good since there are no drop-side cribs anymore! I chose not to put the wheels on and you can't tell, the legs are finished nicely on the bottom.
